Last Friday we thought it would be fun to take the kids to the local community pool. I called Joel to meet us there right after work but unfortunately as we were driving up, everyone was driving away. They happened to close right at five for swim team so to say that we were disappointed is an understatement. After calling around, we finally found a pool to borrow and drove over to the Olson's. Their two golden labs are always part of the package, but we don't mind.
As you can see from the photos, Joel loves dogs!! He is the only one I know that tears up while watching dog commercials. I love it.

Oh boy! Are you going to be in trouble for disclosing that information?;) It reminds me of the fact that I laugh at my sis for getting all teary each time she sees dolphins. The world wouldn't be nearly as great without all these sweet, sensitive people. And the rest of us surely wouldn't be quite as entertained. ;)
