It has been a lazy Friday with nothing scheduled in my planner. It has been a great day! I decided to bottle butter that has been sitting in my refrigerator for some time now. By the way, melted butter starts to smell disgusting after awhile. I bottled thirty jars this afternoon. Half of them are for my mother. I owe her for all the babysitting she has been doing lately. (busy month with the YW) Don't you love the color of butter? I love it!Meanwhile, Morgan has been watching Rapunzel while dressed up in Princess clothes. She has been dancing and prancing around and oh yeah, also yelling, "Father, Father, where are you?!" She loves to to pretend and she does this daily choosing among her princess collection. She has many pretend fathers, but no one beats the real one.

I've never heard of canning butter. So, it's real butter? And you melt it? And then it sits on a shelf in a cool, damp place? You don't keep it in the fridge? I should have been born a guy, I don't get canning.
I did not know you could bottle butter! You are getting pretty crazy over there with the whole canning thing. I'm scared that one of these days you'll post a picture of Lilly in a can! :) Kian loves to dress up like Peter Pan, Indiana Jones, whoever! Morgan needs to come and play!
Sounds like you need to teach a midweek class?! I have never done butter before!
